If you are newbie in PHP Laravel and want to create some awesome project based on this beautiful PHP framework, lets install Laravel in XAMPP.
It is incredibly easy to work with, customization and setup. It has got pre-built protection from XSS and injection, also authorization session management.
You can create controllers, migrations and model with tables very easily with artisan command. It uses Blade template for view, which come with very less complex syntaxes.
What you will love about this framework is Documentation. It very well documented in it’s website. So you never have a problem while work on this.
In case you don’t have XAMPP, you can download it from here.
After you’ve downloaded and installed Xampp, we need to install Composer.
Composer is a PHP package manager, required to download Laravel Framework and its dependencies. Composer can be downloaded from here.
You can setup a virtual host for your laravel project. Please go through the steps mentioned in previous post.
Remember to set DocumentRoot “C:\xampp\htdocs\laravel\public” in “C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.con” File, if you want to setup a virtual host.
